Lycania is a symphonic metal band from Hanau, Germany. It was founded by singer Sarah Gorzelitz, guitarist Julian Körner-Schuchardt and keyboardist Peter Lenz, who wanted to make music in the style of bands like Nightwish, Serenity or Epica, while developing their own style. In September 2016 their first EP "My Empty Page" was released. After a few lineup changes and a longer break, they are now back with their debut album "My Kingdom Come" (mixed and mastered by Jack Kosto of Seven Spires) to leave their own footprint in the world of Symphonic Metal.
